Chocolate cake with pears

Cake with pears in the oven, cooked withthe addition of coffee, chocolate and nuts - this gentle chocolate treat with slices of fresh fruit. The dough gets very soft and crisp, and the filling of the halves of pears - juicy and sweet. The unique flavor of the dish give coffee, vanilla sugar and cinnamon.

  • 240 g flour;
  • 60 g of powdered sugar;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 50 grams of yogurt;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 5 ripe pears;
  • 50 g of dark chocolate;
  • 50 ml espresso coffee (hot);
  • 3 eggs;
  • 100 g of sugar;
  • 100 g ground hazelnuts;
  • . 1 teaspoon baking powder;
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar;
  • 0.5 h. Tablespoons ground cinnamon.

Start with the dough for the pie. Add in a bowl 200 grams of sifted flour, powdered sugar, butter, yogurt and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth. The finished dough wrap in plastic wrap and send it for 1 hour in the refrigerator so that it cooled.

Form for baking the cake grease with vegetablebutter and sprinkle with flour. Chilled dough lay out on a baking sheet, evenly distributing it on the bottom and sides of the mold, to obtain a so-called "bowl" for pie filling. Send a baking sheet in a preheated oven for 15 minutes, bake at 200 gr.C.

Pears Wash, peel and seeds,cut into halves or slices. Transfer the prepared fruit in a saucepan with a little water and boil on low heat for 10 minutes. Then shift pears on a plate and cool.

The hot espresso (boiled or soluble)add the vanilla sugar, melted dark chocolate and cinnamon. Whisk the eggs with the sugar and add the coffee and the chocolate mixture. Then enter the chopped nuts, the rest of the flour and baking powder. All mix thoroughly until smooth.

Pears Put a previously baked dough, pour on top of all the chocolate-egg mixture and flatten with a spoon. Bake in a preheated 200 gr.C oven for about 40 minutes.

Ready cool treat, to pass on to a dish and serve. You can pour the caramelized pear tart or chocolate syrup if desired.
