Ingredients for "Chocolate cake with pears":
- 240 g flour;
- 60 g of powdered sugar;
- 100 g butter;
- 50 grams of yogurt;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil;
- a pinch of salt;
- 5 ripe pears;
- 50 g of dark chocolate;
- 50 ml espresso coffee (hot);
- 3 eggs;
- 100 g of sugar;
- 100 g ground hazelnuts;
- . 1 teaspoon baking powder;
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar;
- 0.5 h. Tablespoons ground cinnamon.
Recipe for "Chocolate cake with pears":
Form for baking the cake grease with vegetablebutter and sprinkle with flour. Chilled dough lay out on a baking sheet, evenly distributing it on the bottom and sides of the mold, to obtain a so-called "bowl" for pie filling. Send a baking sheet in a preheated oven for 15 minutes, bake at 200 gr.C.
Pears Put a previously baked dough, pour on top of all the chocolate-egg mixture and flatten with a spoon. Bake in a preheated 200 gr.C oven for about 40 minutes.
Ready cool treat, to pass on to a dish and serve. You can pour the caramelized pear tart or chocolate syrup if desired.
