Fish pie, the recipe of which is described in thispage is not difficult to prepare. Especially if you are using a purchased ready-made dough - it's a classic fish pie in a hurry. At the same time it is quite tasty and even elegant - due to the filling of salmon.
This very high quality, useful attaches fishsimple cake festive, expensive look. In addition to salmon, pan can be used, and other fish, except too bony. But fat fillet of salmon, of course, would be best.
Fish pie is served immediately after cooking, while it is still warm. But then, if it is not eaten immediately, it can be reheated or served cold.
If you want to cook the dough yourself,the recipe unsweetened yeast dough, which I used, can be found on this page. From the recipe you want to exclude eggs and sugar add just a tablespoon (instead of half a cup). The rest of the recipe for the dough to leave unchanged.
In addition, the bay leaf is not mandatory. If you decide to use it, before eating it must be removed (if it is troublesome for you, just do not set it at all).

500 g salmon (or other fish without bones);
about 500 grams of unsweetened dough;
Several small bay leaves (optional);
1 tbsp. tablespoon butter;
ground black pepper - to taste;
salt - to taste;
vegetable oil for frying.
Recipe "Fish pie (recipe with salmon and onions)":
Prepare the ingredients: peel and chop the onion into quarters circle.</ P>
Preheat a frying pan with a small amountoil, add the onion to the pan and fry until soft and golden brown, stirring occasionally. Once the onion is ready, set it aside, so that it can cool down.</ P>
Remove the skin from the fish (and if it has the bone, remove them as well). Cut the salmon fillet into small pieces.</ P>
Preheat oven to 180 gr.S. Briefly obmesite ready the dough, then divide it into two equal parts.</ P>
Roll out two bars of dough into thin cakes of the future size of the cake (baking dish or pan).</ P>
Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease it with oil, place on top of cake dough rolled out.</ P>
Lay on flat shortcake half of the fried onions, leave the edges of the dough free.</ P>
Put all the pieces of fish on top of onions.</ P>

Sprinkle fish with salt and black pepper and arrange on top of laurel leaves (if you decide to do this, you'll need to remove them before meals. How long are eating bay leaves taste bitter).</ P>
Put the remaining onion last layer of filling and cover with a second sheet of dough.</ P>
Pinch the edges of the cake, pierce the top sheet of dough in several places with a fork or a toothpick and send the cake in the oven for about 50 minutes.</ P>
Once the cake is ready (you specify it in pale rosy color test), remove the pan from the oven and brush with butter pie. </ P>
Cover the finished fish pie with salmon folded in half with a towel and leave for about 20 minutes. Now it is ready for serving.
