Mandarin cake without flour

Cake without flour - not familiar to the earphrase. But it turns out delicious cakes can be prepared on the basis of semolina. The best way to cook a cake in the winter, before the New Year, when sold around the bright and fresh tangerines. It turns out very fragrant and sweet (because of the addition of citrus) semolina cake without flour.

  • 10 Mandarin;
  • 350 g of sugar (1.5 cups);
  • 1 cup of water;
  • 4 chicken eggs;
  • 250 g semolina (1 cup).

Cut 4 slices of mandarin small. From cups of sugar (250 g) and a cup of water in a small saucepan cook the syrup. Add the pieces in sugar syrup and cook them mandarins for 5-7 minutes.
