Cake with pear - the perfect treat for fansfruit pies. This is a wonderful dessert that combines a light sponge cake soaked in sweet caramel and tender, juicy, ripe pear. Cooking a dish is quite simple. All you need is to follow the instructions of our prescription, and less than an hour you will prepare a delicious cake with pears.

  • 4 ripe pears;
  • 350 g of sugar;
  • 350 g butter;
  • 50 ml of water;
  • a handful of nuts (walnuts or peanuts);
  • 4 chicken eggs;
  • 200 g flour;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar;
  • 2 h. Spoon of baking powder to the dough.

My Pears, peeled, remove the coreand cut lengthwise into 4 pieces. Take a pan, put it on medium heat, add 100 g sugar, 50 g butter and 50 ml of water. Once the sugar starts to dissolve, add the pears. Fruits will give juice, which turns into caramel.

300 g softened butter and slowlywhisk whisk it in a large bowl. Then add the remaining sugar to the butter, eggs, a pinch of salt, baking powder, vanilla sugar and flour. Knead the dough until it is smooth.

Take a baking dish (you can pan orpan), spread an even layer of dough in it, smooth it on the mold surface. On top of the dough put the pears and pour caramel pear. Nuts purify, grind and sprinkle on top of the caramel.

Bake the cake in a preheated 180 ° oven gr.C, 40 minutes. We take out the cake and give it to cool completely.
