Pie with green onions and egg

Pie with green onions and egg - a great appetizerunder any first dish. Gentle dough in combination with spicy egg-onion stuffing provide an unusual taste and a stunning fragrance. This pastry can be submitted to soup or soup, but you can spread it on top of any sauce (eg mayonnaise, sour cream or ketchup) and serve as an independent dish. Our recipe is proposed to make the dough on yogurt, but if you want you can use puff or any other dough. It turns out the same delicious.

Ingredients for "Pie with green onions and egg":

    For the dough:

  • 400 g of yogurt (yogurt);
  • 150 g butter;
  • 1 tbsp. spoonful of sugar;
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt.;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 250 g flour;
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder.;
  • 1 tbsp. tablespoon sesame seeds.

    For filling:

  • a bundle of green onions;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • salt and pepper - to taste.

Green onions, wash and finely chop. Put it on a preheated pan and gently heat the vegetable oil, so he relented. Boil hard boiled eggs, cut into small cubes and mix with onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste filling.

Now prepare the dough. Melt butter in the microwave, add the beaten eggs, salt and sugar, pour yogurt (yogurt). Mix flour with baking powder and add to liquid mixture. Knead the dough until smooth.

Baking brush with butter, pour half of the batter. Put the onion and egg filling and pour the remaining batter on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake the cake at 200 oC for 30-35 minutes. The finished dish is cool to warm conditions, cover with a towel, then cut into pieces and serve.
