- 1 cabbage;
- 50 g butter;
- 3 chicken eggs;
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- 5 Art. spoonfuls of sour cream;
- 6 tablespoons. tablespoons flour;
- . 1 teaspoon baking powder;
- salt and spices - to taste.

Put the oven to heat up to 180 gr.S. Prepare the necessary products. Melt butter in a microwave oven. Wash the cabbage.
Coarsely chop the cabbage and cut into small squares. Put the cabbage in a greased baking sheet for baking. It is best to use a detachable form for baking cakes.
Pour melted butter cabbage.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, stir.
In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise.
Add salt and season with the resulting mixture to taste.
Add the eggs.
Stir with a spoon or an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir baking powder.
Gently add flour and stir.
Thoroughly whisk all the ingredients together with a mixer, so that the resulting dough consistency reminiscent of sour cream.
Pour the mixture over the cabbage.
Smooth with a spoon without mixing batter and cabbage.
Send your dish in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven ready. Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove from the mold and to pass on to the plate.
