Tart of puff pastry stuffed with spinach and cheese

Pie with spinach - a tasty stuffing, gentledough and unusual combination of conventional products. The dish turns out air and light, but very delicious and satisfying. spinach leaves mixed with fried onions, cottage cheese and parmesan cheese. The result is a very original mincemeat. Savory give the garlic, nutmeg and other spices. This delicacy can be submitted as an appetizer to any savory dishes, or just a cup of tea for breakfast.

  • 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil;
  • 1 medium onion;
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic;
  • 200-250 g of cottage cheese;
  • 50 g parmesan cheese;
  • a pinch of nutmeg;
  • salt - to taste;
  • pepper - to taste;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 500 g frozen spinach;
  • 250g puff pastry;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons flour;
  • 1 egg (for glazing).

Preheat oven to 180 gr.S. Slice the onion and garlic finely. Then fry the vegetables in a pan with the addition of 1 tbsp. olive oil. Saute onion and garlic over medium heat until tender, about five minutes.

While preparing fried, cook the rest of the filling. In a deep bowl, mix cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, salt, pepper and nutmeg. All mix well.
