The peculiarity of this dish lies in the fact that the stuffing is first stewed in a pan until cooked, and then spread in a "basket" of the finished puff pastry. Vegetables, meat, cheese and spices are perfectly combined with each other, soaked with the juices and flavors of each other. In addition, beef passes three heat treatment phases: first boiled, then quenched and finally baked. This allows enough hard meat to become very soft and juicy, so that a puff pie with mushrooms simply melts in your mouth.

- 2 stalks of celery;
