And in our time, pineapple with chicken, pork or beef cooked almost all holidays. Often under pineapple pork in the oven cooked in the form of pizza, hot and cold snacks or meals in pots. But this recipe is different. If you are wondering how to cook pork with pineapple, without spending a lot of time and effort - that is what you need!
To prepare festive, beautiful and veryspectacular dishes you will need only a piece of ham or ready pork (smoked or cooked), Bank of canned pineapple and half an hour. As a result, you get an incredibly flavorful dish with sour-sweet glaze.

- 1 kg of smoked (cooked) ham or pork;
- 1 can of canned pineapple;
- 100 g of brown sugar;
- 2 tsp dry mustard powder.;

Prepare all the necessary products. Ham or cooked meat, remove from the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before cooking to product warmed up to room temperature.
Preheat oven to 190 gr.S. Cover the baking tray for baking foil and place it on the ham cut down. Make deep cuts in ham, garnish with dried cloves, sprinkle with salt and spices to your taste. Remember that the finished purchase ham and so quite spicy.
