- 250 g canned pineapple (1 bank);
- 50 g of starch;
- 300 ml of vegetable oil;

- 100 ml of water;
- 2 chicken eggs.
Recipe for "Pork in Chinese":
Mix tomato paste, salt, 100 ml of water, seasoning, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar. Pour this mixture in a pot with sliced vegetables.
Send the pots in the oven, preheated to 200 ° C for 30 minutes. Then add the pineapple and simmer another 15 minutes.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the starch. Dipped in this mixture is washed, cut into layers (as in the chops), salted and peppered meat. Fry the pork pieces into boiling oil in a frying pan for 8-10 minutes on each side.
