Pork loin baked in spicy marinadeherbs - is not only one of the best recipes I have ever tasted, but also easy to prepare, a spectacular dish. The meat turns out very tender, juicy and fragrant thanks to a mustard marinade, which must first be a piece of pork marinate for at least 4 hours.
This recipe for pork loin in the oven assumesthe use of multiple herbs. I used my favorite thyme, black pepper, parsley and garlic. Optionally, you can take any fresh or dried herbs and peppers. For example, you can cook a pork loin with rosemary and garlic (recipe here).
Pork loin served at the table with boldcream sauce with the addition of fried onions, mustard and spices. Since the meat is even more flavor and aroma, it is juicy and just melts in your mouth.
Ingredients for "Pork loin with herbs and mustard":
- 100 g of mustard;
- 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil;
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme;
- 1 bunch of parsley;
- 3-4 cloves of garlic;
- salt and spices - to taste;
- 1-1,5 kg pork tenderloin.
For the sauce:
- 2 medium onions;
- 2 tbsp. olive oil;
- 1-2 tbsp. soup spoon (optional);
- 100 ml of water;
- 3 sprigs of thyme;
- 2 tbsp. mustard spoons;
- 3 tbsp. sour cream;
- salt, black pepper - to taste.
Recipe for "Pork loin with herbs and mustard":
In a bowl, combine the mustard and olive oil.
Crush the garlic, thyme and parsley.
Add salt, pepper and spices to mustard oil.
Thaw meat thoroughly, wash and pat dry.
Place the pork in a bowl, generously lubricate the marinade, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 180 gr.S. Cover the baking tray with foil, brush with oil and place it marinated pork. Roast the meat for 40 minutes until the dish will not get crispy delicious crust.
While the pork is baked, prepare the sauce. Peel and finely chop the onion.
Fry the onions in a frying pan with vegetable oil until transparent.
Add half a cup of water and a couple of spoonfuls of beef or vegetable broth. Then, add to the onions chopped thyme and mustard.
All stir and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add the cream. Sprinkle the sauce with salt, chopped thyme and black pepper, mix well.
Cooked pork, remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes. Then cut the meat into medallions about 1.5-2 cm thick.
Pour over pork sauce sour cream and serve with any side dish.
