Pork ribs in mustard and soy sauce

  • 1 kg pork ribs;
  • 5 Art. spoons of soy sauce;
  • 2 tsp tomato paste.;
  • 2 tbsp. mustard spoons;
  • 0.5 teaspoons ground paprika.;
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper.;
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • . 1 teaspoon of "curry" spice;
  • salt, rosemary and thyme - to taste.

Begin by preparing the marinade. Peel the garlic, pass it through the press or rub on a grater. In a deep bowl, mix paprika, garlic, rosemary, "curry", thyme, black pepper, soy sauce, salt, mustard, tomato paste. Mix all until uniform.

Wash the ribs under running water, dryand a paper towel to remove film (fascia) on the inner side of the rib formation. Cut the slices portioned along the bones. Pour marinade over ribs, stir to distribute it evenly over the meat. Then transfer to a culinary sleeve for roasting ribs with marinade and place the dish to marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.

After one hour, remove the ribs from therefrigerator, to shift the dish in the hole on a baking sheet for baking. Make several small puncture needle in the arm to the steam inside, and submit the form into the oven.
