Roast pork with cheese and onion

How to cook roast pork, the meatIt turned out tender, juicy and soft? A dish of pork with cheese and onions, is probably one of my favorite recipes for New Year's dinner: meat slices with mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella cheese and onions - and it's all very easy to prepare.

You can do most of the work in advance, andthen put the meat in the refrigerator and continue later, just before the dinner. Just put the meat in the preheated oven for 1 hour - and to take out the finished dish directly on the table. It is very convenient to the New Year's Eve, when you need to do a lot of things other than worry about dinner.

Dry red wine (or champagne brut) is a good complement to this dish, especially if you are going to celebrate New Year in a romantic setting.

  • 1 kg pork tenderloin;
  • 2 large onions;
  • 4-5 cups of cheese, worn on a coarse grater;
  • Mayonnaise 1 pack (400 g or taste);
  • salt to taste;
  • ground black pepper to taste.

For baking dish in the oven you'll need a fairly large ceramic or Teflon cruet stand. Take a cruet stand and place the meat in a single layer on the bottom of it.
