Baked chicken fillet with amaretto sauce

Fillet of chicken in the oven, you can cook the mostdifferent ways. You can traditionally baked chicken with potatoes. And you can cook extremely refined dish with the addition of capers and amaretto liqueur. Originally baked chicken will be very useful to any holiday or a romantic dinner. It is for this recipe we prepare chicken in the oven.

Ingredients for "Baked chicken with sauce amaretto":

  • 500 g of chicken;
  • 400 gr. mushrooms;
  • 150g grated grated hard cheese;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 100 gr. butter;
  • 200ml whipping cream;
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons chopped green onions;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons capers;
  • 120 ml liqueur Amaretto.

Melt 50g of butter in a largepan. Wash meat, cut into pieces or leave whole fillets. Lightly fry the chicken (to half) on both sides. Then, move the meat into the baking tin. In a frying pan, add the remaining butter and fry the vegetables: chopped green onion, minced garlic and sliced ​​mushrooms. Add the resulting mixture to the chicken.

Now prepare the sauce. To do this, pour into a pan cream, amaretto, add the grated cheese on a grater. Stir, cook for a few minutes over medium heat. At the end of cooking, add the capers and pour the sauce the chicken.

Bake the chicken in the preheated oven to 180 oC for 40 minutes.

Serve with vegetables, potatoes or rice.
