Wash and dry wipes chicken breasts, cut them lengthwise into strips.
Put them in a bowl, season with salt, ground black pepper and a certain amount of ground nutmeg (depends on your taste, I put about? H. Spoons).

Using about 2/3 of the chicken, lay the bottom and sides of the form, try to lay the strips of meat tight, that there are no gaps between the pieces of chicken.
Sprinkle chicken breasts roughly half the grated cheese.
Put cheese on top of the cooked onion and mushroom mixture with a continuous layer.
Peel the carrots and grate it on a coarse grater. Put grated carrot next layer on top of the mushrooms.
Finally, cover all the remaining pieces of chicken breasts. Lay the strips of meat tight, given that during cooking they are reduced in size.
Preheat the oven to 190-200 gr.S. Put the form in the oven to bake for about 30 minutes. After that, remove the dish from the oven and carefully drain all the juices secreted during food preparation.
Sprinkle the casserole on top the rest of the grated cheese and send the dish back into the oven.
Continue cooking until the cheese is melted and acquire a golden color (about 10 minutes), and then remove the dish from the oven.
Allow the casserole of chicken breasts to cool at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Then, remove the side of the mold for the cake (if you use it).
Place the casserole of chicken breasts on a platter or tray, cut into portions and serve.
