I know that buckwheat - it is not the product that children eat with pleasure. But the benefit of this mess is difficult to overestimate, it is very nutritious, cereal irreplaceable, to say the least.
If you cook the chicken in the oven with buckwheat in aform together with the onion, garlic and sour cream, it becomes a wonderful taste (and besides, have fewer dishes to wash, yes!). Form a casserole as soon as it has cooled down, you can store it in the refrigerator, and then take a piece and reheat in the microwave.
