Buckwheat casserole with chicken

Chicken with buckwheat in the oven, baked with cheeseand sour cream - a recipe that was born as an alternative buckwheat garnish for meat. I know that buckwheat - it is not the product that children eat with pleasure. But the benefit of this mess is difficult to overestimate, it is very nutritious, cereal irreplaceable, to say the least.

If you cook the chicken in the oven with buckwheat in aform together with the onion, garlic and sour cream, it becomes a wonderful taste (and besides, have fewer dishes to wash, yes!). Form a casserole as soon as it has cooled down, you can store it in the refrigerator, and then take a piece and reheat in the microwave.

I used for this recipe casserole in the oven with the meat of chicken bedryshek boneless and skinless, but any chicken meat (fillet, giblets) too perfect.

  • 600 g chicken (thigh, without skin and bones);
  • 1.5 cups of roasted buckwheat;

  • grated cheese, about 2 cups;
  • 1.5 cups of hot water;
  • cup sour cream;
  • salt and black pepper - to taste.

Prepare all the ingredients, fry, rinse and iterate through buckwheat, turn on the oven to heat it up to 200 gr.S.

If grain buckwheat does not look clean, pourbuckwheat on the table and smooth a thin layer, and then manually remove everything that is not similar to buckwheat. Collect refined grains and rinse. Put a layer of buckwheat on the bottom of the baking dish.
