These meatballs have turned me completelyby chance, when after Easter there are not eaten an egg, but the taste they were so delicious, and like all home, that the next day I decided to repeat them. What is their peculiarity and originality? There is not need to add any onions or bread soaked. It adds a little different and somewhat unexpected products such as boiled eggs, flour.

Of course, the binder remains rawegg, as in classical chops. But they differ significantly taste. Their taste of it at all is not lost, and even, on the contrary, they are a bit softer and better fed normal chicken cutlets. Prepare hedgehogs are much faster than regular hamburgers.     Cooking chicken hedgehogs:
