- 1 kg chicken liver;
- 3 medium-sized onions;
- 2 tbsp. adzhika spoons;
- 1/2 teaspoon dried savory.;
- 2/3 cup (150 mL) white wine;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons white wine vinegar;
- 1 tbsp. teaspoon ground red pepper;
- 4 bay leaves;
- 3 tbsp. sour cream;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste;
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil;
- salt - to taste.
The recipe for "Chicken liver with adzhika and savory":
First prepare the marinade: Put the washed chicken livers in a bowl.
Add 1 chopped onion, 1 tablespoonadzhika, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 tablespoon ground red pepper 150 ml white wine 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
