Festive stuffed chicken

  • whole chicken medium in size;
  • 150 g of chicken giblets;
  • 200 g of rice;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 2 sour-sweet apple;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • Bank of canned mushrooms;
  • 50 g butter (for baking);
  • salt, spices, herbs - to taste.

Boil in a saucepan with chicken giblets seasoningand salt. Pass ready offal through a meat grinder. Rice boil until half ready, add it to the butter. Chicken carcass wash and dry the towels. Rub the chicken with salt and spices inside and out.
