Turn the oven on medium heat, let heated to 200-215 oC, while you are busy preparing Kornik.
Melt butter in a large frying pan over low heat.
Add to the pan the flour, sage, thyme, salt, black and white pepper.
Heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and starts to sizzle.
Add chicken broth and cream, bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil the mixture for one minute with constant stirring.
Boiled chicken breast cut into middle-sized cubes.
Add to the pan the chopped chicken and frozen vegetables and stir.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring often.
Add green onions, stir, remove from heat and set aside.
Divide the dough in half.
Roll out half the dough on a well floured surface. Korzh should be large enough to cover the baking dish pie.
Grease a baking dish with oil and place the cake dough into the mold, as shown in the photo.
Put the stuffing chicken with vegetables in the form on top of the dough.
Roll the cake in the second half of the dough and place it on top of the cake.
Spend a sharp knife along the edge of the baking dish to cut the excess dough.
Blindly along edges of the dough, giving it a wavy curly shape.
With a sharp knife several times pierce the top of the cake the cake to steam during baking out freely.
Whisk the egg whites with a spoonful of milk with a fork.
Culinary brush this mixture lubricate the surface of the cake.
Crumple Test trim, roll out a flat circle and cut out any decoration for the cake (I - chicken).

Place cake decoration on the top and form a pie - on a baking sheet and submit it in the oven.
Bake pie kurnik puff pastry from 40 to 60 minutes - or until golden brown.
Ready pie leave ajar in the oven for 20-30 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow to cool for 30-60 minutes before serving - to a warm state.
Baking time will vary depending on the size and type of bakeware.
