Rice with chicken in the oven with garlic and red pepper

  • 1 chicken (about 1.2 kg);
  • 1 cup of dry rice (grains);
  • 1 large red pepper cladky;
  • 2 onions;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;

  • 2/3 cup dry white wine;
  • 500 g tomatoes;
  • 500 ml of broth;

  • 10 pieces. green olives (pitted);
  • 1 small bunch of cilantro or parsley.

My, clean and cut vegetables
Cut the peppers into quarters and remove the seeds, wash and cut into cubes.
Peel the onions and cut into cubes, too, about 1 cm.
Garlic peel and finely chop.
