Carp baked with rice and vegetables

  • 1 large carp (2-2.5 kg);
  • 1 cup rice (200-250 g);
  • 100 ml of soy sauce;
  • 1-2 onions;
  • 3 tomatoes;
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 bell peppers;
  • 1 small zucchini;
  • 1 bunch of dill and parsley;
  • salt and pepper - to taste.

The fish is clean of scales, gutted, cut off the head (optional) and wash under running water. Cut the carp steaks medium in size (2-3 cm thick).
