Carp baked in the oven, the recipe of which yousee below, it is a delicious dish of fish, rice and vegetables. The highlight of this dish is that it combines several components. With minimal effort, you get a full meal that does not require any additional snacks, based on delicious and inexpensive fish carp.
Carp baked with rice and vegetables
Ingredients for "Carp baked with rice and vegetables":
- 1 large carp (2-2.5 kg);
- 1 cup rice (200-250 g);
- 100 ml of soy sauce;
- 1-2 onions;
- 3 tomatoes;
- 3-4 cloves of garlic;
- 2 bell peppers;
- 1 small zucchini;
- 1 bunch of dill and parsley;
- salt and pepper - to taste.
Recipe "Carp baked with rice and vegetables":
The fish is clean of scales, gutted, cut off the head (optional) and wash under running water. Cut the carp steaks medium in size (2-3 cm thick).
Onion peel and cut into large rings. Take a large bowl, place the fish in it, shifting the onion rings and pour all the soy sauce. Leave to marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
Roast Carp with rice and vegetables in the oven at 200 oC approximately 25-30 minutes.
The finished dish was served to the table with a piece of crisp bread.
