- 1 whole carp (1.5-2 kg);
- 1 lemon (or 3 tablespoons wine vinegar.);
- 1 carrot;
- 1 sweet pepper;
- 2 onion bulbs;
- 500 g button mushrooms;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 2-3 tbsp. sour cream;
- salt and spices - to taste.

Squeeze the juice from the lemon and rub it inside and outside the carp. You can use vinegar instead of lemon juice.
