Carp with onions and lemon, baked in the oven

Bake in the oven for carp is very simple in its entirety. In general, carp baked with slices of lemon and spices - a traditional Macedonian recipe. Macedonia has access to the sea, but in lakes and rivers of the country are found also some tasty fresh fish.   • a carp (1.3-1.5 kg);
  • 1 kg of onions;
  • salt, ground black pepper - to taste;
  • 2 tsp paprika powder.;
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • . 1 teaspoon of flour;
  • juice of half a lemon.

Onions clean from the husk and cut into smallpieces. Put the chopped onion in a frying pan, add vegetable oil and fry until soft over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Onions should be translucent and acquire a golden hue. Now you can add salt and pepper it.

Put the onion in a deep pan. On top of the onions, place washed, to cut salted and peppered fish.

In a small bowl, mix half a cup of water with the flour and lemon juice. Pour this mixture of fish - this will give the carp, baked in the oven, fragrant crust.

Bake carp 1:00 in the preheated oven to 180 gr.C. You can add a couple tablespoons of water in a dish, if the onion begins to dry out during baking.

Serve carp, baked in the oven with crispy bread, red wine or beer.
