Cutlets from minced fish in the oven

Fish cutlets in the oven - it's a greatalternative to fried cutlets in the pan. After all, most small frying pan and fry the same time it turns out only a few cakes of minced meat. You can not say about the big pan, which can be a time to bake all the fish cakes in the oven.

  • half a kilo of minced fish;
  • bread crust (half a loaf) or 4 tablespoons semolina;
  • 100 grams of fat;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 carrot (can substitute cauliflower);
  • 1 large onion;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons mayonnaise (you can substitute grated cheese);
  • spices for fish, salt, black pepper, dill - to taste.

We take more frozen bacon and cut into smallpieces 2-3 cm. Make sure that it does not melt. Bread crust and onions shred in a food processor or meat grinder. If there is no kitchen equipment - just finely chop with a knife. Add the grated carrots on a fine grater and mix. Now you can add the fish mince, salt, spices and grated garlic. The last add the egg and knead beef. If it is too liquid - add 1-2 tablespoons of semolina.

Cover the pan with foil or parchment paper. Wet hands Form patties and place them on a baking sheet. Each patty gently strike the top with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.

The oven heats up to 180 gr. C and put it on the baking 30-35 minutes. When the dish is cooked, burgers acquire a golden color.

Instead of carrots can take 150-200gr cabbage. Grind it in a blender or finely chop finely. It gives fish cutlets tenderness and juiciness.

If burgers are stuck to the foil when you got them from the oven, let them stand up a little bit: just a couple of minutes, they can be easily separated from the foil.
