  • 1 kg fish fillets (salmon is perfect);
  • 1 medium carrot;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 eggplant;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 1 tbsp. teaspoon dried dill;
  • half a lemon;
  • spices, salt, seasonings - to taste;
  • 200 g sour cream.

Fish fillets wash under running water, drypaper towels. Good salt and pepper. As seasonings are ideal mix lemon pepper and peppers fish. Sprinkle fillets with lemon juice, sprinkle with dill dry and leave to marinate so while you cook the vegetable coat.

Vegetables clean, rub on a large carrotgrater, chop the onion half-rings, eggplant and tomato - cubes, strips or slices. Fry the vegetable mixture to the pan with the addition of olive oil. Put the fish in the pan, put fried vegetables and pour all the cream. Send your dish in the preheated oven. Bake at 200 oC for half an hour.
