Red fish baked in the oven, provideda lasagna dish - a classic Italian cuisine. Our recipe - this is one of the variations on lasagna salmon and spinach under bechamel sauce. Although uncommon name, it is not hard and fast to prepare red fish baked in the oven.
Ingredients for "Lasagne of salmon baked in the oven":
- plates for cooking lasagna;
- 250g salmon fillets;
- 500 g of fresh spinach (250 g cream can);
- 250g mozzarella cheese;
- 50 g butter;
- 0.5 liters of milk;
- 5 Art. tablespoons flour;
- 100-150 g of grated Parmesan cheese;
- 1-2 tsp oregano.;
- 200 ml of white wine;
- 1 pinch of grated nutmeg Krekhov;
- salt and spices - to taste.
Recipe "Lasagna baked in the oven of red fish":
To begin prepare salmon. My fish, cut into pieces and put into a pan without oil. Then we salt the fish and pour the white wine, leave the lid on for 10 minutes. While marinated salmon, spinach stew in the pan for 20 minutes.
Now for the preparation of bechamel sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour, passeruem all a couple of minutes. Then, continuously stirring the sauce, pour the hot milk into it. Cook the sauce stirring constantly over low heat for 8-10 minutes. until thick. At the end of cooking add a pinch of nutmeg and salt.
Dough for lasagna can be preparedindependently (on the composition is the same as the dough into dumplings and dumplings), or buy a ready-made plates for cooking this dish in the shop. The plates need to boil or soak in boiling water, regardless of what method of cooking is indicated on the packaging.
Next, we begin to form lasagne. Take the form of baking (best large baking), pour a little béchamel sauce on the bottom of the form, and then put a layer of wafers from the test, then the spinach (more than half), sauce, plate, chopped into pieces of salmon, remnants of spinach, mozzarella, sauce, plate and the last layer - grated parmesan cheese.
Bake lasagna with salmon in the oven for half an hour at a temperature of 200 gr. C. When ready give the dish to rest for 15 minutes. and served at the table.
