Sea bass in the oven, fried in oliveoil and seasoned with rosemary, garlic and black pepper, sprinkled with breadcrumbs - perfectly prepares as baking and grilling. Cooking takes less than 30 minutes and you can already enjoy this delicacy with a salad of tomato and cucumber.

Sea bass is a white fish that has elastic and soft meat goes well with herbs and spices.

Unfortunately, this fish is under threat of extinction, which probably explains the high price of sea bass. Of course, it is a pity, since this fish is very tasty ...
But back to the recipe. I prefer the fillet with the skin, as it helps the fish not disintegrate during cooking and baking roasted golden crispy crust. Furthermore, the recipe can be used not only fresh herbs, and dried.

  • 3 fillets of sea bass, 250-300 g each;
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary or fresh oregano;
  • sea ​​salt and black pepper - to taste;

  • 1 lemon for serving.
