Salmon baked with vegetables in yogurt

Salmon baked in the oven - delicious recipeand at the same time simple. Kefir is used in the recipe as a marinade for grilling, and fried in butter, vegetables act as a garnish. Usually we used to bake fish in cream or sour cream, but that dairy products give tender salmon filet special taste.

  • 600g salmon fillets;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 bulb onion;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 500 grams of yogurt;
  • 30 g butter;
  • seasoning for fish - to taste;
  • 1-2 bay leaf;
  • salt and pepper - to taste.

Onions and carrots Wash, peel and finely chop. Fry the vegetables in a pan in butter until golden brown. At the end of cooking salt and pepper fried. Then fried vegetables transfer to a baking sheet for baking.
