Salmon in honey-soy sauce

Pieces of fish, soaked in soy sauce and honey, sprinkled with sesame seeds and spices, a very soft, juicy and tender. Ingredients for "Salmon in honey and soy sauce":

  • 300g salmon fillets (you can take trout);
  • Article 5-6. spoons of soy sauce;
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of honey;
  • ground black and red pepper - to taste;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil;
  • mixture of spices for fish;
  • sesame seeds (optional).

Of all the fish, remove bones, rinse thoroughly under running water fillets, cut into 2 large portions.
