Shrimps baked in batter

Shrimp tempura - a recipe very simple, fastand delicious seafood snacks. Tender meat, baked in a crispy breading and spices, just melts in your mouth. In baking, you can bake a big batch of shrimp immediately, to entertain guests at a party. Serve baked shrimp can be with any garnish or sauce. Before serving the dish can be decorated with chopped herbs, sesame seeds and pour the lemon juice.

  • 500g prawns (peeled);
  • 50 g flour;
  • salt, pepper, spices - to taste;
  • 100 grams of bread crumbs (optional);
  • 100 g milk;
  • 1-2 eggs;
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil.

Mix the flour with salt and spices. Prepared shrimp (without the shell, but with tails) roll in flour and place on a plate. You can take the shrimp of all sizes, but is best suited large royal.

Mix the eggs and milk. Dip shrimp in egg mixture, then roll in bread crumbs (or again in the flour).

Cover the baking tray with parchment paper and grease with vegetable oil. Put the shrimp on a baking sheet and send them in a preheated oven. Bake the dish for 15 minutes at a temperature of 190-200 gr.S.
