Ingredients for "Skewer of salmon in the oven":
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh marjoram;
- 2 tsp sesame seeds.;
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin;
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper.;
- 600 g fresh salmon fillets without skin;
- 2 lemons, thinly sliced into circles;
- olive oil cooking spray;
- . 1 teaspoon salt;
- 16 wooden (bamboo) skewers.
Recipe "Skewers of salmon in the oven":
Fish Wash and cut into piecesabout 3 to 4 cm. Lemons, wash and cut into thin slices. Chop the marjoram (can take a dry powder). Soak wooden skewers in water for at least an hour.
Turn on the oven, let them warm up to 190 gr.S. Mix the marjoram leaves, sesame seeds, cumin and red pepper in a small bowl and set aside spice mixture aside.
