Then add a tablespoon of flour and fry a little, add the cream, stirring vigorously. When the sauce thickens, add 50 ml of boiled water, salt and spices to your taste: bay leaf, spices, a mixture of peppers. Bring the sauce to a boil and turn off.

Carrots and onions, wash, clean, finely chop (carrots can grate) and then fry in a pan with vegetable oil.
