Stuffed chicken, baked in the oven - itMy first attempt to stuff the chicken skin boneless meat, prunes, walnuts and some other ingredients. I have long had this recipe, and I wanted to try it out before the New Year.
It was difficult to remove the skin from the chicken carcass is entirelywithout damage, but I did it (I have prepared instructions on how to do it step by step with photos). And although the stuffed chicken in the oven fully prepares a bit troublesome, the result is worth it, it will decorate Christmas table better than duck baked in the oven.
The only problem I had with bacon. Smoked bacon gives a very strong and distinctive taste, which affects the taste of other ingredients. So for this recipe I suggest using a smaller number of smoked bacon or pork to replace him.
