Pieces of cod first fried in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown and then baked in the oven under the juicy, aromatic vegetables in spicy spices. Perhaps the double heat treatment takes a little more time and effort, but the food taste is obtained simply magnificent. Thanks to the tomatoes and sweet peppers, the fish get a very soft inside, and outside it envelops crackling soaked tomato. Perfect for mashed potatoes or spaghetti fish fillet, baked in the oven.

- 800 g cod fillets;
- 1 leek;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 bell pepper;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 400g canned tomatoes with juice;
- 0.5 lemon (juice);
- 4 tbsp. olive oil;
- 100 g flour;
- . 1 teaspoon sugar;
- 1-2 bay leaf;
- dried Italian herbs - to taste;
- black pepper, salt - to taste.

Now for vegetables. Leek cut into thin slices. Carrots are clean, wash and grate. Pepper Wash, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Garlic pass through the press. squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
