Salmon in the oven - a quick and tasty recipefish dishes, which will decorate your Christmas table. In general, it can be prepared for any event. This red fish turns extremely tender, flavorful and juicy. Spicy taste the dish attached to onions, mustard and spices. A melted cheese forms in the fish fillets golden crispy crust.
Ingredients for "Salmon fillet with mayonnaise, onion and cheese":
- 1 kg fillet of salmon;
- 1 large onion;
- salt, ground black - pepper to taste;
- 100 g of mayonnaise;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of lemon juice;
- 1 tbsp. spoon of mustard;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- 1 bunch of greens;

Preheat oven to 200 gr.S. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and grease it with a piece of butter.
Put the washed salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
