Each hostess, of course, know this firstdish like soup. Speaking of soups, it should be noted that the soup - a liquid dish which has in its structure at least 50% liquid. This may be a vegetable or meat broth. The second feature is the cooking method - cooking. However, today we know a lot of recipes of dishes, notably the delicious chicken soup with chilli, which is sure to appeal to fans of acute.

Needless dish originated over 500 years ago andquickly entered our daily diet. Initially in Russia those liquid dish called nothing else as chowder. Gradually there were different variations of the preparation. Currently, there are many kinds of food - hot, cold, prepared on kvass, to beer, milk soups, in wine or fruit and vegetable juices.

Furthermore, soups can be transparent, roasting, and refueling sweet, thickened and in the form of puree. Today I offer you a recipe for a light chicken soup with sweet pepper.

Ingredients for "Chicken soup with sweet pepper":

  • Chicken fillet - 300 g
  • The sweet (bell) peppers (green and red) - 2 pcs.
  • Carrots - 1 pc. medium size
  • Onions - 1 pc. medium size
  • Pasta (preferably - horns) - 100 g
  • Table salt to taste
  • Bouillon cube - 1 piece.
  • Butter - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.

    Bulgarian pepper washed, cut the stalk, remove the seeds and rinse thoroughly with water. Then cut into thin strips.

    Purified carrot cut into slices, then cut into strips each. Onions finely chop.

    Chicken fillet wash, put them into a pan and pour2 liters of water, add salt and put on fire. After boiling, remove the foam, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, remove the meat, broth and put on a small fire. Add bouillon cube and bring to a boil.

    Chicken fillet cut into strips. In a frying pan heat the butter, then add the vegetable. Put the onion and carrot, fry 5 minutes, then add the bell pepper and continue to stir fry for another 3 minutes.

    Fruits put in the broth, add finely Reza chicken and horns. Boil until cooked pasta.
