  • Garlic - 4-5 cloves;
  • Salt and sugar - to taste;
  • Vinegar - 1 teaspoon per bank.

You can put in a marinade pepper, but I prefer to just add the marinade garlic. On this basis, the marinade can be prepared in a delicious sauce, so will all the other spices already added later.

    In each jar, pour a spoonful of the bite, the top pour boiling marinade and immediately roll up.
