Brussels sprouts baked in the oven with garlic, lemon and feta cheese

Cabbage, baked in the oven, a great complement to any meat. I made it for a festive table in the New Year's Day as a complement to the chicken in Greek - turned out very tasty combination.

Ingredients for "Brussels sprouts baked in the oven with garlic, lemon and feta cheese":

  • 500 g of Brussels sprouts, cut in half;
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil;
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper - to taste;
  • juice of 1 lemon;
  • zest of 1 lemon;
  • 2 crushed cloves of garlic;
  • Red pepper - ? teaspoon;
  • feta cheese (or cheese) - 100 g

Brussels sprouts, wash, drain and let the watermix it with salt, black pepper and olive oil. Carefully toss to cabbage pieces were covered with oil and spices evenly, then place on a baking sheet. Squeeze half a lemon and juice evenly sprinkle the cabbage.

Place the cabbage in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, then stir Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and cook for a further 10 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and set aside.

Add Brussels sprouts, and stiradd the juice of the remaining lemon half. Put the cabbage in a bowl and sprinkle with feta cheese and lemon zest. Serve immediately on the table. Bon Appetit!
