All my family love this dish - both adults and children. I cook chicken for him - it perfectly complements the zucchini in the oven.

  • 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • 1 large onion, sweet variety;
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped;
  • 2 potatoes, unpeeled;
  • 1 zucchini;
  • 1 yellow squash (can be light green);
  • 3 large tomatoes;
  • salt, ground black pepper - to taste;
  • Spices for vegetables - teaspoon;
  • ½ cup grated cheese on a coarse grater.
