Courgettes with minced meat, baked in batter

Squash in the oven - a tasty recipe, simple andoriginal. This dish perfectly combines easy satiety vegetables and meat. Rings zucchini, stuffed with fillings of minced meat, baked in a crispy batter. This appetizer you can prepare together with sandwiches or canapés on any holiday or a banquet, thus please their loved ones a delicious and healthy dish of young zucchini.

  • 3 young zucchini;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • 300 g of any stuffing (meat or fish);
  • 1 onion;
  • 1-2 slices of white bread;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • salt and pepper - to taste;
  • 2 cloves of garlic (optional);
  • 2 tablespoons flour;
  • 3 h. Tablespoons of milk.

Wash zucchini and cut into thick circles approximately 2 cm. Using a knife or a special device, cut circles from the midway.

Now for preparing the filling. For this crumb of white bread soak in milk and squeeze. Finely chop garlic pass through the press. Connect the meat, onions, garlic, bread, one egg. If you want to make a dietversion of stuffed zucchini, stir 2 tablespoons of tomato paste in 1 cup water, add half a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of sugar. Put the stuffed zucchini in a mold and pour the tomato mixture. Bake the same way as in the first case.
