Eggplant with cheese
Ingredients for "Eggplant with cheese":
- 4 medium eggplants;
- 200g mozzarella cheese;
- 200 g parmesan cheese;
- 3 tomatoes;
- salt, basil, pepper and other spices - to taste;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil.
Recipe "Eggplant with cheese":
Fry in a pan until soft stripeggplant in olive oil. Put them on a plate. Then lightly fry the chopped tomatoes, add them to the garlic, salt and spices to taste. Simmer a few minutes until the moisture evaporates, and tomatoes will not turn into a thick sauce.
Now for the preparation of cheese. Mozzarella cut into small slices, and cheese rub on a grater.
