  • Eggplant - 2 - 3 large fetus;
  • Garlic - 1 head;
  • Walnuts - 100 g .;
  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml .;
  • Cilantro - 1 bunch;
  • Mayonnaise - 3 - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • Table salt - on the tip of a knife.

    Preparation:
