Stuffed peppers in the oven - a very simple andtasty recipe. In general, bell peppers can be stuffed anything (seafood, meat, cheese, vegetables). We consider the most traditional option for our table - with minced meat. The dish is served with a sauce, which is cooked peppers.   • 10 pieces. bell peppers;
  • 500 g of any of minced meat;
  • 1-2 large tomatoes;
  • bunch of fresh green;
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • 150 g fat sour cream;
  • 200 g of boiled rice;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste (ketchup can be);
  • 1-2 carrots;
  • 1-2 onions;
  • salt, pepper, spices - to taste;
  • vegetable oil.

Wash peppers, cut out the seeds and lightly fry in hot oil in a frying pan. Roasted peppers on all sides to pass on to the plate.

Then be engaged in the preparation of the filling. Of rice, rinse and boil in slightly salted water.

Onion and carrot peel and finely chop. In a frying pan with vegetable oil fry them, stirring occasionally.

In a large bowl (or a pan) to connect the beef, fried onions and carrots, and boiled rice. Thoroughly mix all.
