Ingredients for "Stuffed red cabbage stuffed with minced meat and vegetables":
- 10 large sheets of red cabbage;
- 1 medium onion;
- 50 g of crushed leaves of cilantro;
- 50 g celery;
- 100 g of rice;
- 500 g ground beef;
- . 1 teaspoon oregano;
- 1 tbsp. teaspoon dried dill;
- salt, pepper, spices - to taste;
- 100 grams of red wine;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil.
Recipe "Stuffed red cabbage stuffed with minced meat and vegetables":
Preheat oven to 200 gr. FROM. Boil a large pot of water, immerse the washed cabbage leaves. Boil the cabbage until tender about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside ready leaves aside. Rice rinse under running water and boil in a separate saucepan until tender.
Now prepare the stuffing. Fry in a pan in vegetable oil finely chopped onion, then add the minced meat, chopped celery, dill, cilantro, spices and salt to taste. Add cooked rice to the browned mince and mix well. The filling is ready.
Put the stuffing in the cabbage leaves, formcabbage rolls and place them on the oiled baking (baking dish). Top stuffed pour red wine (you can sprinkle with lemon juice or vinegar) and cover with aluminum foil, folded in two layers.
Bake the stuffed cabbage for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and continue to bake for another 10 minutes to dish browned. Serve the cabbage rolls with any sauce or gravy.
