Stuffed zucchini in the oven with mushrooms and cheese

  • 3-4 young, not too thin zucchini;
  • 300 g of any fungi (mushrooms I);

  • 2 tbsp. spoons of white flour;
  • 1 cup cream or sour cream;
  • 100 g of any hard cheese;
  • vegetable oil and butter for frying;
  • salt, pepper and fresh dill - to taste.

Cut the zucchini slices transverse

First, prepare squash "pots". To this end, my zucchini, cut the edge, and the vegetables cut crosswise into slices 3-4 cm thick. </ P>
