Ingredients for "Lean stew of vegetables":
- 2 potatoes;
- 1-2 carrots;
- 1-2 onions;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- . 1 teaspoon sugar;

- 1 bell pepper;
- 150 grams of mushrooms (champignons better);
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste;
- 500 ml of water;

Onions clean, finely chop, put on a heated pan with olive oil. Wash mushrooms, chop and add to the onions. Sprinkle everything with salt and pepper. Fry for 6-8 minutes.
