This combination can be called a classic of the genre: the gentle and soft wind tomatoes, accompanied by crispy potatoes.
For the filling of tomatoes baked in the oven, as well asfor stuffed peppers, you can use any of cereals, meat or fish mince and chopped vegetables. In the following recipe, we offer as a filling for baked tomatoes boiled rice, tomato pulp and grated cheese on a grater. A unique flavor will give the dish garlic, black pepper and rosemary.

Begin by preparing the products. Rice rinse well and boil in a separate saucepan, add a glass of water and a little salt. Cheese rub on a coarse grater or cut in small squares. Potatoes Wash, peel and cut into slices.
