- 2 carrots;
- 2 apples;
- 1 potato;
- 10 g butter;
- 1 tbsp. spoon of semolina;
- 50 g bread crumbs or flour;
- a pinch of sugar;
- salt and pepper - to taste;
- green beam of green onion (optional);
- 30 g sour cream;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 1 egg white.
