Carrot-apple cakes

Carrot oven patties prepared fromthe addition of apples, potatoes and greens, obtained extremely juicy and tender. All these vegetables are perfectly combined with each other, very helpful and unpretentious in cooking. Bake vegetable cutlets can be as snacks to meat dishes, but they should serve with crispy crust of bread and a cream sauce.

Ingredients for "Carrot-apple cakes":

  • 2 carrots;
  • 2 apples;
  • 1 potato;
  • 10 g butter;
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of semolina;
  • 50 g bread crumbs or flour;
  • a pinch of sugar;
  • salt and pepper - to taste;
  • green beam of green onion (optional);
  • 30 g sour cream;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • 1 egg white.

Carrot Wash, peel and grate. Apples also wash, clean, rub on a grater. Potatoes boil and turn into a puree. Greens finely chop.

Sauté grated carrots in the pan withbutter and a quarter cup of water until tender. Then add the apples, chopped herbs, a pinch of sugar, salt, spices and sprinkle in semolina. Cook all together under the lid for 5-7 minutes.

The finished cooled mass add vegetableegg whites and mix. Form the patties, zapaniruyte them in flour or breadcrumbs, put on a greased baking sheet and return to oven. Bake for 7-10 minutes on each side at 180 gr.S.

To the dish turned out juicy and soft, while baking, you can cover the chops with aluminum foil.
