Carrots baked with butter and thyme

Carrots, baked in the oven with butter and thyme- A delicious, aromatic and healthy options. Vegetables roasted in the oven first in vegetable oil, then stewed in butter.   • 1 tbsp. tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
